    Default V6 turbo setup, Gt35, built engine the lot!

    V6 rebuilt grandnational turbo v6 and garrett gt35 turbo setup

    steam pipe manifolds
    3" dump pipe with divorced wastegate pipe and full 3" exhuast
    44lbs injectors
    walbro 500hp intank pump
    2bar sensor and base tune
    600x300x75 intercooler
    2.5" cold side, 3" hot side

    Buick grandnaitonal turbo pistons and conrods 40thou
    acl race series bearings, all balanced, bored and honed .40thou, new cam bearings, new lifters, recod mild ported heads, 3 angle valves k-lines, steam seals, skimmed, 7.8.1 compression, standard cam, mild manifold work, v8 throttle body, roll master timing chain, new tentioner.
    ngk iriduims, top gun leads
    All machine work done by duggans balancing, have paper work

    Nice setup mate couple of questions
    do you run a oil restrictor on the oil supply line?
    how big is the oil return pipe to the sump?
    that water line from turbo to thermostat housing is that the return hot water line?
    is the turbo slanted at all so that the hot water return side is higher than the cold side going in?

    oil restrictor is built into the turbo, not sure how big the return is...suits the oil drain pipe from the turbo same deal with the sump.
    no slant on the turbo no....

    thanks for the info mate.
    looking at building something similar myself.
    what rpm does it get fullboost by?
    im guesing it starts coming on boost around 2000rpm?
