I thought I did but it appears that I have the manual for the AVH-P4950DVD which is the same unit except black in colour.

I've had it for about a year, bought from a mate. I haven't installed it since I got it from him, but I helped him uninstall it and know it works

Yep, it comes with all accessories except the wrong manual as mentioned above.

No dead pixels, RCA's are fine.
