This is a davies craig radiator fan with radiator mounts. I am pretty sure its a davies craig fan, correct me if i am wrong, i remember buying it ages ago and it has always been in my mind as a davies craig.

The blades measure 15" across from tip to tip, the case is about 16" diameter. can supply more accurate measurements if you want, just let me know.

Fan Only. I used to use this about 10 years ago on my commodore with a thermatic switch, but fits other cars as well.
Only had about 12 months of intermittent use, then i sold the car and took it off and never used it again. Has been sitting in shed for all this time.
Designed to bolt to radiator with the mounts and large washers provided.

nope, as stated, fan only. the thermo switch shouldnt be too hard to pick up i wouldnt think.
