No, the airbag is not included. Any airbag from a VY/VZ will fit though

They are the only wear marks yes. The leather is great condition all over except those two close up photos. I always steer using the hand-over-hand method so it doesn't get worn out like people who palm their wheels.

The top is ever so slightly shinier then the bottom. The first close up is the front of the wheel near the bottom. The second close-up is the back of the wheel near the top.
