rims were meant to be sold today but the buyer has disappeared from the face of the earth and isnt replying to calls/texts

ive been quoted around $250 by extensive wheel services on south road to have the rim resprayed shadow chrome, whack on 2 rear tyres and drive away happy!!!

i dont see why not as my brother had the ve gts rims on his old vs statesman and the car was quite low. i know he did run a smaller 245 wide rear tyre to prevent scrubbing, he may have also lipped the guards but im not too sure. ive seen pics on the net of these rims on all sorts of commodores, so i dont see it being too much of a problem

ive done a rough estimate on e-go.com but ive only wildly guessed the dimensions of the rims packed/wrapped and i got a quote of $350 then another of $150?? i would really need proper measurements to get you a better quoteOriginally Posted by boonga
