I used this set up on my VT Commodore, and the garnish is painted in Bermuda blue and is in perfect condition, only been on my car for a month maybe less.

The lights are Black Altezza lights i brought from e bay, about 1 month ago as well. the lights are also in perfect condition, only damage is on the inside, were the bulbs fit in i had to make the gaps a bit bigger to fit them in. there is no visible damage once you install the lights.
