so what does this cover when it comes to VT commodores? Sorry for the n00b question.

Pretty much what the title suggests. Basically a step by step guide on the procedures for maintenance and repairs on the specified models including torque figures and fault diagnosis etc.
To give you an example, lets say you needed to replace the inlet manifold gaskets on your vt v6... This would give you the step by step order of what needs to be done/removed to do this. It covers mechanical, body, electrical, suspension etc etc

Seems to cover it pretty well. Given the similarities between these models (particularly vy-vz) everything seems to be covered including a full break down of the vz alloytec motor.
