Is the HID kit bi xenon or separate H4 and H1?

ill accept that. the rims have some good tyres on them but 3 of the good ones are off rim. when can you get them?

And also the HID kit is just H3(highbeams/foglights) which have never been used apart from testing
i have a H4(headlights) which are High/Low beam, there used but still in working order.
