FS: Bagged VS Senator rebirth
VS Senator Rebirth, came back from forensics minus build plates. You will all remember this car as Nieo's old Senator, housing his 355 etc.
The car has a full original HSV stamped bodykit, full HSV leather interior including doortrims.
Full 4 way airbag suspension: Front Back Side Side - Airbags are quite an expensive addition to a car, and when I got the car, they were only basically wired up to one switch. The system has had a full overhaul from OG Customs in Epping, with thousands spent to upgrade the fittings, wiring, shocks etc. It is now fully wired up to a set of gauges in the dash, and all bags run independently like they should. Compressor, air tank and solenoids have all ben proffesionally mounted in the boot.
Also when I got the car, the passenger side airbag cover on the dash had been ripped open to house a playstation. The car has been transformed with a FULL VS Statesman Series 3 dash and console, including woodgrain radio surround, middle console etc. I spent months tracking these parts down and payed a small fortune for them all...they make the car look insane!

The rims are brand new Simmons FR18's with brand new Falken tyres. Tyres would be 99%. These were bought for $4000 last year and have seen barely any road time.
The system isn't anything ridiculous, but puts out an awesome sound. It includes a Kenwood MP3 headunit, full splits in the front, 6" speakers in the parcel shelf for backing sound, twin Pioneer 12" subs in custom housing to fit in Commodore boot, Coustic monoblock amp running the subs and another Ccoustic 2 channel amp running the splits.
The engine is a stock 5ltr and comes with a 5 speed gearbox. Also has HSV extractors from previous owner. Exhaust is a twin 2 1/2 inch system all the way with 2 hotdogs. It is substantially louder than a stock five litre, and you may need to put a muffler on as even idling is loud.
Other things that need mentioning:
- brand new LSD IRS diff in the back with new 3.45 gears...has not been run in yet
- Front brakes have been upgraded with VT rotors and twin piston callipers. Complete conversion
- New clutch, only 2 weeks old
The amount of money I have spent on this car is insane, and there are only a few minor things to finish it off. It's been my project for the last year and a bit.

and mattman my vs clubby looks alright and its white gets a few looks but i do agree darker color would be nuts especially the purple

mate i would take it off ur hands but dont get my loan for another 6 weeks or so. if u still have it then i might really consider buying it
just wondering is it rwc? does it have a rwc? as the only place that i kno of that legally installs airbag kits is fbss. as advertised in street commodores. correct me if im wrong tho. how many months left on reg?

That means that the HSV build plates arnt on the car i take it, so there is no way to prove that it came from the HSV factory other than the engine and chassis number, i think

just wondering y would forensics take the build plates off? build plates have nothing to do with forensics. if they have taken them off then im pretty sure thats illegal. correct me if im wrong

And what a rebirth is, is when a car is stolen and then differnt build plates get put on it, coppa's find out, then they try and figure out what it used to be, if they cant then its called a rebirth.......

yea but y did forensics take the plates?
forensics didnt have the origional HSV plates they would have been chucked by the people that did the rebirth.... as it would have tied it to the car showing who the real owner was.
yup price now dropped to $11,000, forgot to bump this thread the other day when i put it on ebay...very cheappp...rims, airbags and stereo alone are worth $11,000...add leather, engine + 5 speed, stato dash...cheappp
