what exactly do you class as workin order? long way off or not too far from a rebuild? What test did you do was it break away torque

i got it from a dude at work.
When he checks em he checks the cones if they dont cut it then he replaces em. and the torque limit he only accepts 65-70ft pounds. if they are below 35ft he shims em back to into spec
He strips em down clean em up and checks them to holden specs if they are worth doing he puts em back and sells em
