Default Brand New Black Intercooler BIG!

    Hi guys

I have a brand new large inter cooler i think its the 600x300 size not exactly sure but its very big.

Fits in a VR-VS easily and is huge! You VL boys shouldnt have a problem

Price is $200 come and pick it up

Paint is High temp paint so its stuck on there for good, great sleeper look and no hassles from the boys in blue.

Wouldn't the paint effect it's cooling performance? The same reason that ya don't paint radiators...if ya know wat I mean, coz the heat it absorbs won't disperse off the fins properly coz of the paint.

yeh so the heat wont be able to go past the paint in either direction. (thats what it does with zorsts, keeps the heat in the exhaust)

nice NEW "back yard job" black cooler btw

Thanks guys paint doesnt affect the cooling ring around and see

Ceramic coating keeps the heat in the zorst not paint do your research.

Do you know what a cooler does? It cools the air which goes into the intake the fins are not painted towards the middle nor is the core

Just look at the ford intercoolers black from factory.....

Heat resistant paint just means it doesn't burn, touch a painted exhaust and your skin will sizzle just as good as a unpainted one . Back in the day all air cooled motorcross bikes had the cylinders and cooling fins painted black. A few people tried them without paint to see if they cooled better but really it made no difference
