OTHER INFO: Its a red 253 out of an LH Torana SL/R in pieces ready to be put back together, have a sump and pick up for hj ute with it. It has been bored out 0.040" Has a single and 4 barrell carby with it no manifold it corroded away into pieces. gearbox has torque convertor, fly wheel etc with it. Anything ive left out just ask

Being that this motor wont fit a commodore, maybe go over to oldholden.com i think you will have more luck their. Sign up first though earns you abit more respect their lol.

Not legally, well in Vic anyways. its MORE suited to an old holden lol.All u need to do is change the engine mounts, sump and oil pickup and she'll fit a commo.
yeah easy as to fit into a commie i just dropped another red 253 i have into my vh
its illegal unless its on gas. or you dont tell anyone about it till rego comes round...
