i wasnt either untill yesterday, i tried to put my boss kit on my vq and it didnt fit

I put a boss kit off a VQ on my VN calais no probs. Stupid question, are you sure it came off a VN?? When you say it wouldnt fit, what exactly wouldnt fit?? The shaft??

im sure it came off a vn, i had it on my vn for about a month, it didnt go down far enough because the 2 prong things on the back of the boss kit hit the plastic
