    Default Fs [vic]: 28 Spline Bw Lsd Center *freshly Rebuilt*

    ITEM: Freshly rebuilt 28 spline LSD suit borgwarner diff.

    LOCATION: Melb - Eastern Suburbs

    CONDITION: Fully Rebuilt, new clutches etc. Hasn't been fitted to car since rebuild. Has been sitting in my cupboard.

    PRICE: $500 neg. A rebuild costs $400 alone!

    DELIVERY/PICK UP INFORMATION: Prefer pickup, but will post at buyers expense. (its heavy, so postage may be a fair bit)

    if your diff isnt lsd, this will make it an LSD. its a fully rebuilt LSD centre with new clutches, cones etc.

    Hey mate,

    Sorry i dont understand it fully...

    Does this part convert my non-LSD Solid Axle diff VR Wagon to LSD? Is there anything else i need?....

    GUYS! listen!

    As far as i understand georgeonboost is selling JUST THE LSD CENTER and bearings!! no gears.

    to make your car LSD you go to a diff place get them to pull out your OPEN WHEEL diff center. they then put your diff gears on to THIS LSD CENTER. Then put it back in.

    from my knowledge, this LSD will definitely fit all solid/ live axle commodores VN-VS, sedan, ute and wagon! im sure it fits irs too, but i wont confirm what i dont know.

    Not that hard to understand is it?!

    For a fresh build LSD this is an EXCELLENT price! i rebuilt my own with the cheapest, best quality parts i could get and it still cost me approx $350, including purchase of a stuffed carrier.

    So with this LSD centre it will convert a current open wheel diff into a LSD. Is there anything required? How hard is it to do yourself? As in would i need any special tools/parts?

    feistl heres a thread on how to do it yourself. this is a guide to installing a spool but the pics show you how to go about pulling the diff centre out of the diff.

    That is correct Errol. He has even thrown in bearings too, which is a bargain 4 that price.

    I do everything on my own car mate, but the diff installation is a place that ONLY experts should go in my opinion lol

    If you dont know what you're doing, it only takes something tiny wrong and you can really f*ck sh!t up!
