i wouldn't put that bag in my car though, it's like a parachute. you don't get a second chance to rectify any problems with the installation.
Well it is illegal for ANY wrecking yard to sell them.. So i don't see how anyone private can sell them either... Managed 4 yards in my time, and we used to have to either explode them in a cage, or set them aside for the fire department to play with for training....NEVER sold a second hand airbag...
Hey hey hey, I get the message, but I was unaware that air bags are illegal to be sold by wrecking yards, BUT this one did come from a well know wrecking yard in SA, and they are also sold on ebay ! It was not my intention to dupe anyone, so I will remove it from sale. Sorry for upsetting those who read this post. PS I thought that a pre diagnostic check of the air bag happens when the ignition is turned on and for those who doubt the safety of air bags do you replace yours after say 5 or 10 years of age ?

does this just push/clip onto a vr steering wheel without an airbag as standard?
I want to have my wheel lookin like a vs one, i dont need the airbag to actually work or be there. it is possible to buy them without airbag in them?
