VIC fs: modified vn wagon rear skirt, t28 turbo

vn wagon ss/sv3800 rear skirt, smoothed the exhaust hole off, almost complete, still needs a fine bit of filler over some pinholes on the smoothed section, then sanded and painted. never fitted to car(only sitting in place in pic, it locks into the groove pretty good)
