    decent price.

what condition is the box in?

this isnt all the parts to convert a series one auto to manual. you will also need the flywheel and a crank adaptor for the auto engine.

also the gearbox will fit a series 2 you will just need to source an 8 bolt flywheel. good luck with the sale

hey mate, yes i thought decently priced too, its gotta be possible and wantable not overpriced

the box is in good condition, when we took it out, the oil was nice and clean so yea nice condish.

im aware i havent listed all the parts, the ones you mentioned, flywheel, crank adapter, and also the start motor etc, i forgot to add but will ofcourse be included when its fully taken out (there are some parts still intact to take out tomor eg. why it will ber eady for pickup / buy tomos or thursday)

Im also aware that it will fit a series 2, would require a different tailshaft i presume if u were to get a 8 bolt flywheel, there is though, an adapter to suit vn s1 to vn s2 flywheel, an adapter of some sort but i beleive they are priced at around $330 mark.

    Thanks

I wouldnt bump everyday, from the rules,

    Thread Bumping

People caught bumping threads every single day will have their thread locked. Bumping is fine once or twice a week but not every day. Please give other members a chance to sell their items
Also if it's coming out of a stock car it wont have a crank adapter anless the car its coming out has been converted to manual before.

if thats what someone whos after a conversion wants to do, its up to them, not many bargains like it around thats for sure. Im just supplying the parts for a conversion at a known fair price. nothing to argue about there.

EDIT: Also that car is in QLD, im here in SA, easier for someone in SA to buy a conversion off me than freight / have the car driven down..

yea mate its not too hard to do, i did it wid a mate of mine that knew what he was on about (removing it that is), we dismantled it in my carport on jacks lol, all the parts are there, we cleaned em up with some engine degreaser so nice and clean.

With the pricing, i dont really want to drop it, quite keen on $900, but wel see

well depends really on where you do it, what tools you have and if you know what your doing, id give it 2 days MAX like 1 day to remove next to put the other in but that wudnt be like working from 7am to 5pm at night lol. you could prob do it all in one day though if u got to work on it early.

My car took 1 day to convert. Started friday night, was driving it saturday night. We had to wait tho because the kit i bought didn't come with a pedal box, so we had to wait for the wreckers to open.

Sean, are you selling it with the manual insert plate for the console? As most people will be needing that if there converting (Saw the boot and retainer, but not the insert)

Are you talking about the surround piece that has the cigarette lighter in it and clicks into the centre consol? If so, no, but the metal bracket that goes onto the actual chassey, u cn see in the boot / pedal pic, is included (the gold coloured thing).

Yes, i'm talking about the plate with the lighter in it. If i was selling it, i'd have that in the kit aswell, people don't like it when they have to buy parts from other places.
