Does matter which ratio you put in your diff (other than the stock ratio), your speedo will be out of whack. Gear shifts will most likely be a little shorter.

And yes, you will need a speedo corrector. You can buy them from Jaycar Electronics for like $30. Yes the gears will fit a VP IRS.
