Original Shifter

The box, It drives great no problems. Can take you for a drive while it's all in the car so you can see for yourself. I have had this on my car for 5 years and have not blown the box yet..It has been strengthened as said by previous owner of car 5 years ago. But I cannot garantee if it really has been strengthened, as i never pulled it out, hence it has never gave me troubles.

Why? I have a bigger driveline setup ready to go in the car all waiting and has been for a while..so this must go first to make room

will it suit a v6?

Not directly, no. You would have to change the input shaft, and then buy a V6 bellhousing. The flywheel supplied would be inappropriate, and you would need a new clutch to suit.

Gear ratios are also different.

whats the cheapest you would be willing to go. when u look at the prices of vn 5ltrs with a manual box thats like half the price these days
