The 3.43:1 gears are from a V2 Monaro and suit the V8 LSD with 3.07:1 ratio

Are you just after the gears or both the Diff and Gears?

just after the gears mate. its not actully for me just a friend. is it a straight swap or are there some modifications needed?

The gears are a straight swap in, Most diff places charge $600 to put a different set of gears in a diff as they replace the seals etc.

Freight would be around $30 for the gears, I can get a firm quote should you decide to take them.

The V6 is the one that uses the 3.08 ratio and super 6 and V8 use the 3.07:1

There are two types of diffs used.

The V6 uses the BTRE-76 Series Diff in both conventional (Open) and LSD with a ratio of 3.08:1

Code tag lettering found on the VT V6 diffs are for Conventional without ABS is EF, and EC with ABS. The LSD is ED without ABS, and EE with.

The Super six and V8 used the BTRE-80 Series diff in both conventional and LSD with a ratio of 3.07:1.

Code tag lettering found on the VT Super 6 and V8 for conventional without ABS is EA and EJ with ABS. The LSD is EB without ABS, and EH with.

The 3.43:1 was offered in the BTRE-80 Series diff for
