I know a few of us on here, Minux, Myself etc enjoy taking weather shots.

So heres a thread for any good weather pics pople have.

Some from around geelong, with all this heat comign through, I am expecting some lovely weather shifts. So from now on, Rucksack(packed with tent etc), camera vest, all packed in car, full tank of fuel and ready to go!!

couldnt really find a section in the photo threads so thought this could be a good spot to put pics of lightning, stormy waves, damage from storms/floods. dust storms etc mother nature at her best ( and worst)

anyways, here is a pic i took a few months back, keen to get more lightning down here so i can get better shots now ive updated my camera.....

I was sitting up Flagstaff Hill earlier watching the lightning i love it. Its still going off now

^ Nice, lots of lightening and thunder here too in South Adelaide, been watching it half the night but dont have the patience to take a pic.

Ill go outside for 10 mins now and see if I can snap anything but I doubt it, have to hold the button down for 1 second before it takes a pic so Ill probably miss it.

St.kilda, by the playground me and someone else from the forum (ashbox) went for a cruise to take some snaps, i have a few more would have stayed lkonger but drained two batteries lol.

Dont know about others but Fireworks setting catches fireworks/lightening perfect on my camera. When I click to take photo it seems to wait for the burst of light before capturing the image
