Its the sorta thing I wanna get into, moreso closeups of things to photograph. For example, doing angles of the whole car im getting a little bored of, im interested of finding focal points and capturing that.. Hence I guess, this photo - Just the engine, not really much else.

SHY4D vs SHYGMH - Not real happy with them, so ordered a video light with softbox, should make things much better in varied light cases.

What exposure did you use on the last shot.
Whenever I try that sort of shot the car always becomes overexposed

30secs@f6.3 a 125 ISO with CPL to reduce glare. For some reason wa sin aperture priority, must of flicked it while running around.

Yeah but i'm guessing this is for your own photography where as the carporn thread is just any photo you find.

Perhaps it should be put in the first post that it has to be your own photo.
