ive started playing around with photoshop and was wondering if anybody has some hints on how to get the best results on cars that are two tone or have mismatched colours.
the previous owners of my car painted it white with the silver bottom, similar to the calais
and i replaced the bumpers and the colour on those is dorwood blue? (from the SV3800)
what im after is all white, and ive tried setting it to different levels of white, but when the whole thing is done it still looks mismatched.
ive also tried doing it bit by bit, and still no luck
any help would be great
thank you
ok, this is what ive got so far
this is what i have to start with
i decided its probably easier for me to get it done it parts instead of a whole, i guess that comes from the picture quality?
Quick Attempt is pretty bad but you get the idea

how did you get the bumpers separate from the ground?
everytime i tried it, the shadow was getting highlighted too
i've been using cs5, which one are you using?
Are you after two different whites or all white ? there are plenty of all white vn's out there just go for a drive and have a look.
yeah i know, but i have a few things i want to try with the paint on mine
and i figured i should get the rest of the car the same colour, instead of having mismatched panels, otherwise it just looks like a dogs breakfast
