rebuilding VYs1 V6 into LS2 + 6spd

Licence is gone for two years, so I've got some time, some money, and some help. The plan is to take my poor old V6 VY ute which has seen better days, and turn it into an LS2 powered everyday car. I'm doing the full make over, custom interior, SS body, and obviously the conversion. Would appreciate any input. I'm aware that I could piss the ute off now save for the two years and come out with a new V8 for less then I'll probably spend but this is something that I want to do.

Like I said any input / sugestions would be appreciated.
