also if nown a rough price for all this
cheers in advance
how long is a piece of string
There are kits out there to do the conversion. I dont think that it is really that hard, there is no firewall mods or anything.
If you can do most the work yourself you could probably pull it off for around 3500-4500 including parts and engeneering.
Good luck with it. Ive always wanted to do it with a buick 6.
thanks for that m8
i will be doin it all myself if possible and do u think it would be easier to do it with a buick or not much difference
also do you no the any of the names of the places that do the kits
thanks again
a buick would be cheaper from a vn-vr but get a donor car will work out much cheaper... there are kits look on www.v6conversions.com.au
My g/f dad is looking into doing this. Will be a very quick car but the biggest issue he is having is QLD transport and restrictions. I will ask him when i se ehim on sat for ya
.:Blown VT V6, DAJ37:.
they go in good. i would go the buick though, just to save money. i have seena gemini with a 308 in it, so imagine how much easier it is to put a v6 in one.
it would be great if ya can m8 cause after a bit of research ive figured out that that could be my main problem is the engineering side of things
and thanks for the site il have a look tomoz when i got time but thanks alot
also just curious is there any engine size limit that i have to obey although there r gems wif 308s and wat not just wondering thanks
Yeah V6conversions would be the people to talk to... http://www.v6conversions.com.au/gemini.html
