vk rb30(soon to be ET) conversion

Hey all
just started my rb30 5 speed into my vk. the vk i bought for 500 will a full group 3 bodykit. i got riid of the 202 very quickly and have been looking around for the best and cheapest option for a conversion. i looked into ecotec v6's and rb25det. the rb30 came out on top with the option of turbo very soon down the track. here are some pics and i will post progress pics every step of the converison

removed the vl engine and tranny and complete loom and dash and will be doing the transplant tommorow night so will get pics up asap

Very nice I'll be watching this to see all the problems you have and how you fix them :P. It's the only sensible option I can see for the old VH SLE I have in my shed

i know this thread has been dead for a while but have you made any more progress in the conversion because i wanna put a RB30 in my VB. Hey Closer any pics and details of this conversion as i'd like to do the same although i might use the carby and manifold from a nissan patrol (GQ) for some thing simpler maybe.
