$20,000 on a vt wagon v6?
Get yourself a vy/vz ss after trading in your wagon plus the $20,000, no that's what i'd do.
What about a VY SS wagonThats what I would love to have
But otherwise
forced/natural: FORCED
engine mods: Cam, lower the compressions for charging
transmission: Tremec T56 6speed manual
diff: LSD
body kit: VY SS wagon body kit or similar
paint colour: Not sure on that one
rims: Up to the owner but I would be happy with 18s
interior: LEATHER with the berlina rear seat
i.c.e: Double din DVD player in the dash and screens in the head rests (something decent but not over the top)
suspension: Something that makes it sit right but no too now espically the rear
There's my 2 cents but have fun with what you decide and GO THE WAGON![]()

^^^ true... takes abit of the guilt out of having spent a small fortune on mods...
spend 10k on a v8(ls2),6k on stereo and 4k on wheels(vy sigs) and body.
like some others have said, i would put a V8 in it, or buy another car like a SS or something
10 grand for a 4.2 stroker and another 5 grand for a supercharger![]()
I'd have to agree with Minux on this one. Be prepared not to see that $20,000 again when it comes time to resale. So often you see cars for sale that have had ten of thousands of dollars spent on mods and their struggling to sell it for less than half that. Then again if you have lazy 20g lying around and plan on keeping it for many years then go for it. I'd sell the V6, buy a LS1 equipped car and spend $5000 on engine mods. You'd work out even
Car theives should be treated just like horse theives and cattle rustlers in the days of the wild west... Hang them!
Don't be stupid. Power isn't measured by the size of your tacho
why dont you do a ls2 conversion or a L76? it'll cost you around 12 grand for the conversion and you would have an unopened 260rwkw engine and which a simple chip and cam package you could have around 300rwkw i would be looking down that path
you lucky bastard !!!
do you actually have the 20k?
id do a retro tech conversion on an earlier model holden.. maybe an ls2 in a torrie
hatch back.. like the green one in street machine not long ago
is this for u to do to your car
forced/natural:forced... charged
engine mods:ls7
transmission:6 speed manual
diff:um not sure but has to be beefed up
body kit:none
paint colour:keep it the way it iss
rimstoclers
interior:nice seets trimed in black and red and cd player
i.c.e:
suspension: anything that handles better then stock
hehe i want the wags to be a nice sleeper
project vs wagon...5speed
vs wagon acclaim
i spent close to 40 on my vt and i dont regret it...
always has to be some wanker that plays the daddy role and says buy a house.
the dude asked what to spend it on not where.
Ha $20,000 is nothing.I know a guy that spent $150,000 on a 98 VT V6.Numberplate is GTSTOY.Made to look like a VX GTS.My mates workshop did alot of the work on the car and i think its the biggest wast of money i have ever seen.Havnt seen the car for a while now but i think he still has it.He is a baker from Sunbury.
G`Day lad`s but i have spent that on my VC so why not, well $20,000 is just a guest may be more ,so if you want to do it GO for it,cheer`s chuckie
Yup.
I'm slowly changing my VN around to make it 'MINE', and my dad and all his mates are always 'Don't spend money on your car, you'll regret it'.
It always comes back to "Well you've done it, now it's my turn", and they just shut up.
It's always good to know there are others out there that just wanna spend money on their beast, may not be a 'beast' to others, but it means something to the owner.
sell it and buy a monaro
go to an auction for smashed and what not cars try www.pickles-online.com u could get a vt gts smashed for about 7 to 9 thou and swap everything over
