Default 2 pac paint, how easy is it to work with?

Hi all, i need to start thinking about what paint i am going to use on my project ute.
Am thinking of using 2pac. Usually i would ask my mate who is a panel beater but he is crook at the moment and i dont want to bother him.
How easy is it to work with and what do i need to buy to use it?
I know that there is some measureing ruler, i think special thinners and the different hardeners.
If i use 2pac undercoat can i use acrylic top coat?

    Cheers Shane

mate, best get a booth. if your doing it in your shed then it will be really difficult to get it flat.

and if you are thinking dark colours like black or dark green then forget it.
