There was a gemini panelvan, used to drive one when i worked for pedders,early/mid 80s corolla vans, twin cam transplant really livens these things up,the aformentioned mini panel vans(got one for my 12th birthday....floorpans were gone so we scrapped it),Esky vans are ok as long as its the 2 litre model....1.6 and 1.3 were real wheezers......Im a bit of a van fan myself, currently have a XB GS 351 auto van(lost cause, bad structural rust, but healthy engine, unknown cam,780 holley, extractors, sidepipes etc)and a 6cyl XC panelvan.....body swap is happening as we speak and have owned numerous HJ to WB vans.My younger brother also has a 202,supra 5 speed LWB high roof bedford van....i love that thing....I still see a few old morris vans about down here....they look good done right....
Tasmania....Coz 2 heads are better than one...

Do it up in true Shaggin Wagon style with the matress in the back with a TV and a mini bar.

Yep, the van was pretty much a wagon with infills in the rear side windows. The Gemini wagon was unusual in that it only had two doors instead of the usual four, so making a van was very easy.

There was a dressed up Gemini van called the Gypsy. Not many made and I haven't seen one for yonks. Five speed, 1.6, SLE alloys, special paintjob. Would be a very interesting retro to restore if you could ever find one. Those early TX/TC/TD You'n'I's really rotted out after a while.
