I was planning on something, I might still do it now that Ive got a steady job and can actually support to front the materials. I did a custom room in my VR ages ago with an embossed holden logo. Ive seen them go on Ebay for like 300 bucks and I rekon i could easily do it for half that price and still make a decent profit.

I just sell off spare car parts etc that i have, and when i do a garage or room cleanout once every 6 months or so, i sell of things i don't want to throw. Other than that i work hard for my money and i save it. I don't really need to make "money on the side". I don't blow my cash on junk.

it's hardly regular work, but i've made some money doing paid market research.
got 30 bucks to sit and drink slate bourbon before it was out and talk shit about what i thought of it.
got given 3 packs of smokes and came back 2 weeks later and picked up 180 to talk about the pack designs!
would have got 60 bucks for an hour a couple of sundays ago, but had something on.

I know a guy at work that spends his whole life looking for cars that are being sold by people that don’t know the ‘true’ value of a certain model. It is too simple to call it a bargain because he knows what sells and what doesn’t so he targets those cars…..then flogs them off for top dollar asap. That is his whole life. If you had an arrangement to do something social on a weekend, (bike ride etc), he will cancel in a moments notice if he can sniff a bargain to buy and resell.
