i used to know a guy WAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY back when i was a teenager with a falcon station wagon.... not too sure of the model (XB i think...) did a roll back in it...... threw it from reverse into drive at a fair rate of knots..... did a fantastic burnout!! the gearbox lasted about 3 hours after that and snapped an input shaft i think. Can't remember now, but i know we had to walk a long way to get home.
Reviled did i live as evil i did deliveR

Yeah my mate used to do it in his fully hectic VN, with a bullet proof shift kitted gearbox, lol, and tell me "it loves it mate.."

Shortly after that, it needed another box, soo, it didnt love it..

But he called them neutral-drives, cause he went from neutral, to drive, lol,

I did this a few times at the diesels here when I was like 15 immature, in a mates Honda, he couldn't get it going so I did, crank on the hand brake and it sits there, on the 3rd time tho, screwed his auto, i.e driving only in 2nd on the shifter with the front wheels locking up every 500m not to mention we were about 35km from town. And yes I know it was stupid and I would put the shits up a little prick doing that.

mate did it every time he drove his ford nc (and ugly boat) ... was good fun in the wet, after a while it "shift kitted" into second constantly, and would throw it sideways, the gearbox was running great and sold the car like it is...

guess you can call it a "neutral dump shift kitted"

    lol...

One of my mates did it in his Renault Megane. It broke one of the driveshafts but luckily he had free recovery as the car was only about a year old. He didn't try it again suprisingly!

Mate did it in his 95 Fairmont like 4 times, did not leave any marks or tyre squeels (was on dual fuel aswell lol)..later on it was in for a service because it was running rough between the gears. Auto fluid had metal shavings in it according to the mechanic lol..traded it in and bought a VX povpack, now on lpg also
