    Default drinking in a car

    hi everyone i was just wondering if anyone knew the law on passengers drinking in a car. I went for a drive last night and picked my mate up who was drinking and was only thinking about it afterwards. i'm in qld by the way thanks

    As long as the driver is not drinking, then it's ok.
