man p plates are the stupidest things...just cant believe that whether or not you have a license can be decided by a stupid piece of plastic falling off your car.
Need some parts for my VH 253:
Green standard steering wheel...Green lower B-pillar covers.
Green sunglasses holder/lower dash bits...Air-con and assorted engine bay parts.
PM with any info.
When I got done it was 2 points and $170 fine. P2 can accumulate a max of 7 demerit points. Double demerits only apply to speeding and seatbelt offences. The demerit scheme also recently changed, so it might not be 2 points for not displaying p plates any more. Demerit points scheme

me fail engwish?
thats unpossible! :P
The new P plates annoy the shizzle out of me, my girlfriend is on her green P's (P2 in Vic or whatever it is) so she cant use my old red ones (I still have them for bookmarks in the Melways) my old P's you could wet and stick up, pull them down and repeat a hundred times over and they always stayed up, you would struggle to pick a corner up to remove them.
The new ones however, just dont seem to stay stuck, no matter what, really pisses me off tbh.
yeh its a bit iffy in nsw they have to be displayed a certain way now outside the car, so stick on window ones dont classify anymore and under the new laws a cop can disregard their even there.
Glad I dont have to put up with it, although strangely when I was on my P's I never had an issue of them falling off and I honestly dont know how
my mates red ps (p1) fell off without him knowing and a cop pulled him up, fined him and he lost 2 demerits, he only had 1 point left so he lost his licence, in my view its bullshit, but then again our opinion doesnt matter
The day i got off my P's, i took my P plates to work and put them through the paper shredder. It was greatlol

Other than that the P plate is resting laying down on my rear parcel shelf because i'm too lazy to pick it up, and i've never been pulled over. My front passenger visor is down too so police from the rear can't see it, they see not a p plater and continue on (because i'm driving right, and i do look a little older than i am).
i got pulled over at the start of the year for not showing the back one- told them it had blown away, and they believed me![]()
lost licence for a year for not carrying i.d on me as a p plater in south aus. played message on my phone from blockbuster saying i left it there when i signed up for a account, gave him licence number, birthday, name, address, etc. his radio was down so he couldnt check it, so he did me for it instead. a year later got a letter saying i was losing my licence... **** i hate bike cops
SIR LS1
the two ton go kart
They can't really be seen (green ones anyway) from outside the car
