W sticker on windscreen... what is it?

Not important but have seen a few cars with W stickers on their windscreens, black W on white background with a yellow diagonal stripe... curious as to what it means

It's for identification of residents of a fire-affected area north of Melbourne (Following Black Saturday) and allowed them access to the area in the weeks following the fire and was used to prevent sticky-nosers entering the fire-affected zone. Many of those from the area simply haven't removed them from their windscreens.
