Madagascar - the movie
Ok, I command you all to go out and watch Madagascar.
It was hilarious!!! Laughter all throughout the movie!
Good stuff.
My friend was still laughing half an hour after it finished. That's how funny it was.

Why be embarrassed? The movie was great!!
Although I must admit... me and my lady friend were the only ones REALLY laughing hard at it :P I think all the other adults were like "Pfft, I am TOO GOOD to laugh! People might think I am childish!"
Nothing wrong with having a good laugh at something that IS funny  .

I saw it 2 or so weeks ago and I thought it was great (Yes I realize that is before it was released).
I personally believe these movies are aimed at adults, but kids can still look at all the pretty colours and nice animals.
For instance- How was a kid supposed to pick up the reference to Planet of the Apes when Alex (The Lion) dropped to his knees at his burning wooden Statue of Liberty and yelled "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?".
Not to mention the reference to American Beauty with Alex laying down and all the pieces of meat falling around him, how many 6 year old's have seen American Beauty?
I'm 17 and I got the references.

this movie is great i really liked it 
its done in the same way as shrek (obvoiusly because its the same creators...i thought i would put that in before someone states the obvoius! lol), its aimed for adults with the "hidden comments & jokes" and for kids wich i think is great'

Unfortunately, alot of people don't like showing they're human like evry1 else. I'm 35 n I reckon itsa crack up on the shorts. Cant wait to afford to take the littluns 2 c it(so I can  !
by the btw FYI me n the other 1/2 used 2 run amuk in one of those toddler ball pools(at place at Murray Bridge- did have the kids in there 2 tho'!) -gr8 4 adults-totally theraputic n recommend it 2 any1!
pretty much seen m all Shrek/2 monsters inc toy story etc- I reckon there all cool. The kids have flogged the DVDs out n I love watching em. Not embarrased-only show I'm human
