15k would be my MAX for that car... not the starting bid. Yeah hes done a bit to it, but mods add squat all to resale value, particularly the basic mods like body kits and stereos and in the end all it is a VT Wagon.

I can see how he'd want that much for it, considering the cash hes thrown at it....doubt he'd get much of it back!
