Default Your fantasy "Bitza"...?

Just scanning a parts-for-sale magazine at a friends place, and started thinking about what sort of a "bitza" you could build with various Holdens from over the years.
My choice would be the following:
Body: EH sedan or wagon...they both look cool.
Engine: Alloytec 190 V6.
Box: Five speed auto...providing there's room under the EH for it...
Diff: Modded Commodore diff.
Steering: Power rack and pinion fitted up to chassis.
Brakes: four bloody big discs.
Suspension: this is the big money item...coils at the rear, front fabricated up with modern geometry and using off-the-shelf Commodore stuff where possible.
Wheels: any of the current Commodore mags which will fit under the EH body.
Interior: pretty standard looking and traditional, but with good retractable seat belts all round, good sound proofing and sound system, and a Commodore climate-control panel hidden in the dash which can only be seen when you are using it, say behind a fold-out panel?
Towbar for our boat...
My preferred colors? Bright yellow body, plenty of chrome and Premier badges, and a light grey interior.

What other ideas for various Holden bits would other people have if money wasn't much of a problem? (although building a V6 EH wouldn't be a bank-busting exercise I suppose if you shopped carefully...)

Body: VL Commodore with whole VH front end, VH group 3 bodykit, Drift style carbon fibre wing
Engine: RB26DETT fresh from GT-R (not Holden and I don't care!) strengthened and with two big dirty turbos bolted on
Gearbox: A strong one with 6 gears
Diff: Something immortal
Steering: Stock VL
Brakes: Whatever they used on the HSV GTS
Suspension: Airbags all around
Rims: VY Calais
Interior: White leather (TT36 Torana concept car LOL)
Paint: Black with red pearl

Haha I know I know it's not much of a bitza, more like my dream Holden

I have been thinking of doing a sleeper V8 conversion to one of the last rear wheel drive corollas small boxy style If not a V8 possibly a Twin turbo V6 conversion
With a very quiet exhaust.
With the following specs
chopped commodore LSD
Widened steel wheels with original hub caps
Have a long talk to whiteline about a suspension setup for it
Biggest brakes I could fit inside the rims.
Paint original colour all orginal moulds.

Possibly even a hate on the back parcel shelf. It would be a really fun sleeper.

Else just my current car
Body VK commodore
Engine EFI 5L
Gearbox T5
Diff 28spline 3.45 LSD
steering VK power assisted
Brakes currently HDT 298mm front and standard discs rear, eventually HSV brakes all round.
Suspension, mainly whiteline adjustable components, king springs, koni shocks
Rims SImmons OM-16s
Interior Currently stock berlina, really yet to think about interior.
Paint. Happy with the stock silver

cheers
Scott

Love the listing about the diff... "Something immortal"....it's need to be...

In Street Machine some years back there was an ancient Cortina...the late '60's one with the round taillights divided with a chome "Y"...and it was white, skinny-ish steel wheels with original hubcaps, stock looking interior, yet under the hood was a 460 big block! It had an exhaust system exiting the back, but at the end it toolk a turn down inside the can of an original-looking muffler and exited the bottom of it, hidden away. From the back all you could see was the round original muffler with the drnking-straw exhaust pipe hanging out...a real grandads car if ever you saw one!
I'll have to dig out the issue and scan in some photos. It wasn't even lowered! The ultimate sleeper.

Does it have to be a Holden made from Holden parts.

Oh boy, I'd have to go Modern- The older shaped monaros. Give me some Brembo's up front and rear. Something nice and substantial, overkill if it must be. Give me some 19vx gts rims. Under the bonnet I'd have to resort too.. twin turbo supra motor, fully decked out of course. Interior as flash as it could be, just leather, tv's and a nice stereo. That'd do me, ideally.

However, on the other hand I want what I'm making now.
White over Silver vl calais. 18-19" Tasteful wheels tasteful meaning no chrome.
Twin piston front brakes with slotted rotors, rear discs, slotted? nah.
28 Spline tight lsd - sticking with the 3.45's.
R33 5 speed gearbox.
Lowered on some favourable suspension, I want it to handle better then a vl definately.
In the engine bay, hmm.. Completely smoothed off panels, nice mirror finish paint still, hidden wiring. And either an rb26 dropped in. But I'm actually leaning more towards the single cammer again. Rb30et with a Rajab manifold, high mount exhaust manifold, reasonably sized turbo, I'm not one for lag. Nice sitting front mount. Nice chrome 2.5" piping.

Dark tint, grey s2 calais interior.
Thats it.. I know which one I'll have first.
