He bought the engine, so he should add "This item is sold as a working engine and has a 5 year warranty"

Make sure it has the following and all should be fine:

    Name
    Drivers Licence Number
    Address
Engine Number / Type / Serial
Previous Chassis VIN it was registered to
Previous Rego it was listed on
A declaration its not stolen, legal evidence or has finance owing on it
    Signitures
    Witness'
    Dates

    aZk.

EDIT: Make it say something along these lines..

I, ___________ (DL#) of 18 Fake street can confirm with all certantiy and honesty that the "engine details" is not stolen, part of legal evidence or has finance owing to it as a whole or in part. I certify that the details and specifications of "engine serial" are true and correct and have been clearly communicated to "your name" with no deviation to the truth. I, "their name", take no liability or responsibility, legal or ethically, for any actions or events which may occur post the completion of this transaction.

I, their name, confirm the sale of motor vehicle engine "serial" from the previously or currently registered vehicle "car details" to "your name" (DL#) of "your address" for the value of $150 (one hundred and fifty dollars and zero cents) to be paid in full prior to the exchange of the engine.

    Signed Dated.
