400k ferrari impounded

Was watching the news this morning and saw that an auto journo was caught doing 231km/ph in a brand new ferrari california.

the car has been impounded for 7 days and it was even on loan from ferrari.

obviously they got it wrong the car reviewer was a 18-25 year old male in a late model commodore or jap box!!!!!!

so i havent been paying attention to these new laws n shiz. from what i gather here if your caught speeding you lose your car for 7days? or forever?

at first offence i dont think u will lose ur licence or car just impounded for a certain amount of days (for example like month) then second time impound for few months round 3-6 then third offence will prob be the crushing stage.. but im not 100% sure.. but thats how i understand what they will be doing

I think it's absolutely pathetic that he was only doing 231 km/h. I mean if your gonna go that fast, you're ****ed anyway if your caught so why not make it interesting. 305 km/h (190 mp/h) should have been the target.
