Stretch commodore need for film

Pure Pictures Pty Ltd is chasing a stretch Holden Commodore circa 1989 to be a major vehicle prop in the feature film Frank and Jerry to be shot in August.

We will only need it for one day of filming that can be scheduled at the owner's convenience during the week of 10-15 August.

The car will be in two shots, one at the Docklands in front of sound stage 5 and the other will also be in the Docklands under the Bolte Bridge overpass. The car will be stationery in the first shot and will drive into the second shot.

Our preference would be some something other than white and the more run down the better.

If you or anyone you know can help us out we would be very grateful and offer the owner a Thank You credit in the film.

there are 2 stretch VL Walkinshaw's (silver) in NSW. think they do weddings. doubt it but one might make the trip down?
worth looking into

I towed a 2.4t load with my 1.6t rated Commodore, im sure it's stretched a little. Will that do?

Contact Ben Hosking on the street commodores forum, they have had the stretch Walky on a few cruises etc.

how about a 6 wheeler ute? lol its stretched a tad lol, you might need to put some payments in to get the thing running though his almost finished a 5l conversion

There is a stretched white vp limo for sale up here atm.
I dont think the owner is asking much for it.
Qld might be a bit far.
