holiday ideas?

Ok its one year for my girlfriend and i in three months.

Im just wondring if anyone has some ideas on good places to visit in NSW or the bottom of QLD.

I have thort about the Gold coast and so on i just want as many ideas as i can get

i live in Port Maquarie so somewhere kinda close would be good

byron bay is nice, pretty chilled, within driving distance of most of the popular parts of gold coast

was about to say byron..its a great place..either that or coffs harbour isnt to bad..goldcoast is ok but old news for me cus its 30 mins drive and i dont find theres a whole heap to do there

How about Noosa?. It was pretty nice when i was there a few years ago. And you can drop past Brisbane and the Gold Coast on the way there/back :P
