Hi all,

Have been looking for another buick to put in my ek.
Found a vr with a stuffed auto. The owner said reverse didn't work and he kept driving it. After driving it for a month after that one day it just wouldnt do anything.

So i bought it cheap and towed it home today. Thought i would try and start it but the motor wouldn't turn. So i tried to turn it with a socket.
It wouldnt budge. Then i tried turning it backwards(before i get i know you shouldn't) and it turned backwards 3 full rotations. I then turned it back the proper way and it only went back to where it was to start with.

So my question is- Has anyone had this happen to them? No-one i know has.

On a side note it has an electronic auto in it now, if i put an auto in with a kickdown cable(have it sitting waiting for the ek) will i run into any problems? I have the comp from the car that i pulled the auto out of.
