im going to go with most here n say $2000. Paint looks clean, and looks like u've looked after her. if your a little concerned with the price, rip out the new battery and stereo n use it in ur next car.

Yep, 2 grand tops. No matter how good it is, it's a VN and 19 years old. Worth stuff all these days.

What I want to know is how the hell did you get a transmission rebuild for $900, with a shift kit no less? I want them to do mine too.

Hmmm wonder if cheaper to freight my box down to them, $2000-$2500 for a 4L60E rebuild with a shift kit.

    Thats were mine was done,

Originally went in for a service and shift kit for $300, but when they test drove it, it got stuck in 2nd couldn't find what was wrong so pulled trans apart, and all the clutches and shit were all burnt and ****ed, he said he could either fix the rubber than popped out n charge for the shift kit n pretend not to see it or he will do it at trade price n rebuild it with the shift kit... So gave him cash for it still got a receipt, My dad went back there with a couple of cartons for them lol they loved it
