I dunno but I've done another detox diet when my wife did. It was just green juice and some fruit juice and some more green juice. Then some magic powders then some parastroy then some more green juice . Works good if you want to be healthier and skinnier otherwise it does nothing

why do it if you don't want those?? lol
I don't want skinnier... just healthier... Im having trouble keeping energy I do martial arts and the young guys do laps around me while im sparring! I don't have the energy... I get 7hours sleep a night (not sure if thats enough), but been told that not getting enough sleep is a major drain in energy... and I'm not a big fruit/veg eater ... actually don't eat much at all.... I'm 175cm tall and weigh 62kg.

Just trying to get healthier and sustain more energy without having to eat healthier if theres a way I been using the Mens Multi or watever those tablets are called ... which give you the daily dose of vitamins etc etc... and I also take 3g of creatine in water before my workout at martial arts and I drink plenty of water throughout the workout.

    I hate diets because I don't eat enough/consistantly.. and I woudn't stick to it.

Anything people would recommend ... mite have to start getting into a habit of eating breakfast.. Just generally don't have the time to prepare food ... leave at 8 get home at 8:30... don't feel like making food at 8:30 after martial arts so I just eat a couple sandwiches.

What kind of fruits would give the most energy sources?

I'm about the same height and weight, but not really skinny as it seems since I have a super fine/thin skeleton. Green juice works 100% for making you healthier and have energy the other thing that's key to everything is vitamin b12. Since I'm a vegetarian and also can't absorb that well I have injections for that, works great so you might want to start having those.

To make green juice (tastes gross for the first couple of days then you will love it), it's the same stuff you see in the movie Ironman when he's in his den on his desk :P

You get one lettuce, one bunch of celery and blend all of it, you might have to add a liiiiittle bit of water to get it started. Then add some apples for (just a few). The squeeze the whole lot through a cheesecloth and then drink it. You'll be like YEAAAAAH get that into you lol it's pretty intense but then next day you'll be heaps healthier. It works really fast. One week on that stuff makes a big difference. Oh yeah one lettuce and one celerey and a few apples makes enough juice for 2 people for one day.

The thing is it takes a big effort to sit down and eat half a lettuce, but drinking one is quite easy. So that's the way to go

+ add a bag of spinach leaves, I forgot that, but they improve the flavour

Oh yeah bananas are the best energy fruit but you need vitamins (lettuce and green stuff) for muscle growing nutrients

Just work yourself out a healthy diet in conjunction with exercise. It's really not hard. Detox = lots of water and as minux said, REAL multi vitamins. It's really not hard.

They bring out this fad detox diet crap because they know people will fall for it as another revolutionary magical diet.

It's just lazy IMO. Exercise with balanced diet and lots of water FTW!!

Infact you might want to do some research on a girl "Angela Stokes" I've been to a conference she did in Melbourne a year or two ago, she made a pretty impressive change in her body, she's the green juice master , she was a big fat whopper once, but not anymore

So when I'm looking for stuff to blend ... is there anything I need to look for? or anything green? I'm not fan of celery or spinach so was thinking of trying to find something else to replace them.

I had the best detox program just the other week.
It was a simple dinner at some self claimed "high class" restaurant on chapel st. The effects were quite noticeable and started shortly after taking on the "program". It took 5 and half hours after eating the "special formula" before effects were apparent, but 3 days later I was 8 kilos lighter, and definitly cleaned out of anything in my body. I heard its similar to what super-models use, but instead of taking the "special formula" they use there fingers down there throat.

Note: Special formula is really only an off Veil Parmagana costing $38.

Just do it how it's ment to be and harden up :P With all things that involve taste what you like on day one wont be the same as what you like a week later. It doesn't take long at all to learn to like things that are rich in nutrients, your body soon figures that out. But for the first few days you will just need to tough it out. Anyone that's tasted brewers yeast will know all about it. That stuff is GROSS the first time you try it, but it becomes really nice after a while

I'm just curious to know how the creatine before your workout helps. From my knowledge, creatine is used within body building, it helps retain water which somehow helps your strength, which is also why you need to drink so much water while you're taking it. So yeah I'm just curious to know how it helps with your work outs as it seems you are not aiming for muscle gain (or maybe you are?).

Drink it forever if you want . I only drink it once in a while when I can afford to burn 5 bucks a day on a drink. But it's defiantly good stuff. Half a lettuce/celerey/spinach/apples a day, drink the other half the next day or give it to your girlfriend etc. Creatine just grows muscles useless for strength and energy . I'm pretty well known for having the/or one of the fastest arms in table tennis in the western district and I just eat fruit and veggies and no protien :P. it's over rated. I play table tennis with a 4th dan black belt and I've got a faster arm than him. So I don't think you need creatine for martial arts . I've never seen a body builder that was good for anything sport wise, they are all sloooooooow like a slug.

Humans are the same as cars, power to weight is where it's at. And a strong muscle on a light arm accelerates the fastest
