last night i was taking bits out of my bay and i wasn't ready with the bucket, a bit of coolant went all over the floor and rug (marine carpet) normally i wouldn't care but i' was planning on being under the car tomorrow and it still hasn't dried at all. is there anything i can spread on it to soak it up, then sweep up? i thought of washing powder but i didn't want to make a soapy mess.
Use cat litter!!

Carpet takes agessssss to dry, I know this after this house got flooded by a broken hot water pipe a couple of years ago :0. Just lay cardboad over it for the weekend, it's going to be warm so it should dry up soon
kitty litter or sawdust
Sawdust and kitty litter then sweep it up. It works well on transmission fluid as I found oth the other day ^_^
