Slap her and tell her that they look tacky as.

I did hear that you could get them cheaper somewhere. But I can't remember where, it was ages ago when I got dragged shopping with some friends.

Oh god, do not get me started on those bloody bracelets!!!!

My girlfiend also wanted one for her 21st. And of course she only wears gold. The cheapest I found was like $1800.. And then it's about $300 per charm..

In hindsight I should have just bought her the silver one....

    *sigh*

What do you want to know about em? The sterling silver ones look waaay better then gold IMO and they are around 90 bucks.

Get her a silver one and say it will contrast better with gold charms

I think they only come in 14ct gold. You can get knock off ones off eBay but if she is a brand whore (like I am) she won't be happy haha.

Don't be a tightass man, women have an uncanny ability to spot the cheap ass gold, and if you get busted then you probably wont get sex for months.

Mine wears 18ct minimum. Thats fine with me, I grew up in an Italian/German family where 18ct was the norm.

Its her 21st as well, so you have to man up with a present worth a bit more to start with.

The only thing that shits me about womens jewerelly is the Tiffany rubbish. Be farked if I'm going to fork out for garbage silver stuff that costs more than custom made gold.

    Buy her diamond earrings instead.

You can pick up a decent pair for around $1k with 18ct gold backing - don't go to the major chains, find a family owned business. I use an Italian run place. My mum uses a Syrian run place where she gets all her stuff custom made.

That should keep you in the good books for a while
