The grandmother got the maximum 3 years for not reporting it. She lived with the baby, and witnessed the abuse and did nothing. Because of this case, the law has changed, making the jail sentence for non-reporting much longer.

There was no photos of the little girl anywhere in the 'house' so the officer took the autopsy photo & had it airbrushed to remove all the bruises and has the photo hanging up in his office.

when the detective was rambling on about reporting the abuse so the parents could get support and counciling so it doesnt happen ,I though want a load of shit ,if they are doing this stuff none of this do gooder shit will work a better solution would be the death penality

Its there they will serve theyre sentence or live out the rest of theyre life without fear of attack from other inmates in general population.

It should be general population for all,deal with your sentence.

That was one of the most moving stories I have ever seen. A baby has no defence and looks to it's parents to help them just to survive and yet those dogs did that to their own child! Those images of that bruised baby will stay with me for a very long time. Everytime I look at my kids I know that I would do anything to protect them but to see this it is very hard to take.

Rest in peace Brianna cause god knows you had none of it in life.

I really want to make a comment here about how they are all gathered together in one place, and then make a terrorist reference but I'm pretty sure it would land me in trouble.

Another thing that has only recently sunk in is how often things go on (maybe not to this extent), that nothing ever gets done about, whether the victim doesn't press charges or the police can't get enough evidence.
These animals are free to live amongst us, and there is nothing stopping them repeating thier crimes.
If only the police had the power to name names, then I can guarentee that the public would put a stop to it.
I know for sure there is a name I'm still trying to get hold of. All I have is a part of an address to go by for now

for this time of crime.. there shouldnt be a maximum penalty, there should only be a minimum of life.

also, as said above, that really isn't enough, no where near. Its ok though... those kind of people dont last very long in prison, usually have a taste of their own own medicine (or an overdose of it)

How could they do this to anyone let alone a beautiful 6month old baby.
What is wrong with these people.
A life long sentance isnt enough... They dont deserve even that.

they tortured the poor little girl for literally her whole life.

they said she had bite marks - new and old, bruising - new and old, bleeding on the brain - new and old.

she was raped by her father and uncle....

thrown up to the roof and they let her drop to the floor...

this is one of those cases that are just particularly shocking... more out of the ordinary and much more disturbing than usual.
