Dragonfruit Vitamin Waters plus 2 McDonalds Pounders with chips dipped in sundae.

    After that, I'm usually sweet.

Just don't drink or, if you must, just a very small amount. Then you will never have a problem.

There will never be any better hangover cure other than a multivitamin tablet and a sports water drink that replenishes your electrolytes

Lots of water and sleep usually does the trick.

wow man, I used to work in KFC as what they call the "cook" years ago. You really dont want to know how they make that gravy.

Those little brown specks in the gravy are from the bottom of the chicken pressure cooking deep fryer. Its little bits of chicken skin and flavour thats been deep fried over and over about 200 times before its scraped out of the bottom of the pressure cooker and used to flavour the gravy. It looks like sewerage when it comes out.

And the 11 "secret" herbs and spices? salt, pepper, thickener, powdered egg and 7 kinds of MSG.

If I'm sober enough to remember, I'll drink a few glasses of water before I fall asleep.

If I just happen to wake up with a horrible hang over and little or no memory of the previous night, A lot of water and usually maccas.

Or those times when I've really taken it to far, and can't even look at food/drink, there is nothing but waiting it out for a day or two.

All true, but dont forget about the 'I'll never drink that much again' stage that lasts at least an hour or so

Prevention is always better than a cure but not at the expense of a good night heh.

Every few months my dad and some work mates go away for a weekend pissup. He used to take a bottle or two of scotch, but it would wreck him by the second or third day. Now he's found out that he can drink a carton of alcoholic cider with no hangover. Doesn't taste as good, but he reckons it's worth it

food: Eggs and bacon in the morning all the way, works wonders for me. Oh and lots of water of course.

Action: Have a nice long shower in morning, if sunny try and have a sleep around the pool with some music, sure makes me feel better.

Then after that, around afternoonish. I always try and drag myself up the local milk bar, get some hot food and a drink, while chilling with mates usually.

Thats generally my plan of attack!

id be carefull with that, drinking and painkillers arnt the best combination.
stress ur liver out. also combining two depressants isnt the best of ideas imo

as far as a cure goes, i find vodka and well pretty much anything that inst a beer gives me a terible hang over, sore arms/legs head ache, sick stomach dizzy etc etc so i just drink beer for the most part

iv found the best things after a big night of being on the piss, to be a good fruit salad, a barocka and green tea. look at trying to replace alot of the fluids/minerals u have lost.
i honestly cant think of anythinh worse then kfc makes me feel like shit even if im not hung over, although it does taste good i just dont agree with the fact that u feel like someone has shat inside u after eating it.
