A fun thread for things we used to have - but now have gone.

Like:

I used to have a silver RX4 Coupe with a 13B motor. Did 50,000kms in it and blew it up twice. (I really miss that car now)

Sold it for a Sigma SE with 78,000kms on it. (also blew that up twice in 10 months

)

Move to WA. They aren't illegal here. Been pulled over twice since I've had it in 3 years and both times the cops have looked at it on the dash. Conversation went something like this:

Cop: "I see you have a radar detector there."
Me: "Yep, saved me from a few fines."
Cop: "On your way then."

Not that I'm condoning speeding, And no, it doesn't encourage me to speed, but my only speeding fine ever was for doing 66 in a 60 zone. And this was because they put the camera at the bottom of a hill. (6-9kph over is a $75 fine in WA) the only reason I have it is to avoid any more of these.

My olds made me spend the 7 grand I had saved on this crapola thing. bought it for four grand from a car yard and spent the other three fixing it... Since then I bought a VN for a grand and um, have spent alot more fixing it. But I like it at least

VX exec that was genuine SS kitted it even fooled the "Holden experts" into thinking it was an SS, til they looked under the bonnet/started it up.

Miss it, but I didnt know when I bought it had been in a heavy front ender so there was alot wrong with it

A driving licence! Now I've got a boat licence, a shooters licence, a hunting licence, a fishing licence, a contractors licence, a fossicking licence and a marriage licence and yeah; still have a drivers licence.
