    hi, is it possible to change background colour below from white to black, without using photoshop?

    thanks captain, i mean an easy way other than outlining in paint? Will i need to get photoshop to do it?

    you COULD do it in paint, if u have a few hours to spare

    the best app for that would be illustrator or any vector drawing app. it'd fix the pixelatedness/general ****edness of it, also you could scale it up or down without losing quality.

    My **** up, i uploaded the wrong image, i have made a larger copy without the distortion.
